Spent Sunday morning having a conversation on women development in Singapore. It was insightful to hear from the personal experiences of others from different communities. I shared some key points in growth in the sporting community with regard to SafeSport as well as my personal thoughts on gaps that could be filled. One common theme that kept resurfacing was the need for a mindset shift.
Excited to continue this important conversation and heartened to see our government reaching out and wanting to co-create. Views and feedback from this and future conversations will be presented as a White Paper in Parliament next year.
